How and where to find a job. Creation and sale of own goods

I welcome you to the Financial genius and want to bring to your attention. As you know, John Devison Rockefeller is recognized as the richest man in the world in the history of mankind: his financial condition in terms of current monetary units amounted to more than $ 300 billion, which is more than 4 times more than the richest man of our time, Bill Gates.

For more information on how exactly Rockefeller became a billionaire, you can find out many interesting facts from his life in a separate article:.

John Rockefeller’s 12 rules are excerpts collected by his admirers from quotations he has ever made and published in his autobiographical book, Memoirs. John taught his only son these rules of wealth, and he passed them on to his five sons. Now the Rockefeller dynasty is still one of the richest dynasties in the world, united with another richest American family - the Rothschilds. The attitude to these people can be ambiguous, but we must admit that they know how to be rich, know, and maintain their wealth. And largely because they follow the 12 rules of John Rockefeller, who, coming from a rather poor large family, from scratch became a dollar billionaire and the world's largest oil magnate. Therefore, I think that there is something to learn.

So what are they, 12 Rockefeller rules? I will comment on each rule, including, citing examples from the life of this famous person.

12 rules of wealth of John Rockefeller.

Rule 1 Work less for someone. The more you work for others, the poorer you get. Work - from the word “slave”. John Rockefeller was convinced that on a personal example: for his whole life he had worked for someone else's company for a very short time, moreover, this was at a very early age - at the age of 16. Despite the fact that John quickly grew up the career ladder and, as a young man, rose from assistant accountant to head of the company, he realized that this was a dead end, he quit and became a business partner of another entrepreneur, while borrowing the missing capital at interest .

Rule 2 Properly save money. Look for opportunities to buy at a discount or in bulk. Make a shopping list in advance and buy only from the list. It turns out that so popular and currently recommended “shopping lists” are rooted in John Rockefeller back in the 19th century! From childhood, John created savings by putting money he earned into a piggy bank, which enabled him to give his first loan at interest at the age of 13, and at 18 to become a business partner. Practice shows that many people now have a distorted idea of saving, identifying it with greed. Therefore, I recommend separately reading on this topic:.

Rule 3 If you are poor, go in for business. If you are very poor - get involved in business urgently! Right now! It was in John Rockefeller who saw the best way to get rid of poverty. And he proved it perfectly by his example. Doing business, even if first on a partnership basis, gave him the opportunity to turn from a poor person into a world oil magnate. Moreover, without losing time, he began to engage in serious business very early - at the age of 18.

Rule 4 Great wealth can only be achieved through passive income. Create sources of passive income and live for your pleasure! Gradually, John Rockefeller turned from a businessman into an investor: he was the owner of a large number of large enterprises that brought him income without much intervention. Only acting independently of one’s own efforts, the possibility of which is always limited, can become a source of great wealth - Rockefeller proved the effect of this rule perfectly by his own example.

Rule 5 Think about how to make $ 50,000 a month. Or more, but less is impossible. This figure appeared for a reason. John Rockefeller believed that a rich person cannot spend more than $ 50,000 a month, this is his limit, so he included just such an amount in his rules of wealth.

Rule 6 Be sociable and friendly - money comes through other people. It is very difficult to become rich alone. Rockefeller was convinced that communication with other people and a friendly attitude towards them helps to reach wealth, while it is much more difficult to do it yourself. Here you can recall that in his oil company Standard Oil, John Rockefeller paid out salaries to employees in company shares: thus, they became personally interested in the success of the common cause, because their personal income on shares depended on it, therefore they worked with maximum zeal, enriching themselves , and the owner of the company.

Rule 7 Poor people around you always pull you into poverty. Surround yourself with Winners and Optimists. John Rockefeller understood that poor people are inherent, so communicating with them does not carry anything constructive, but, on the contrary, psychologically inclines to their own transition to similar thoughts. Rich people, on the contrary, have it; they are able to charge others and motivate others with their optimism, so communicating with such people is always constructive and useful.

Rule 8 Avoiding responsibility is the path to poverty. Do not look for excuses for not being able to take the first step towards your goal - they simply do not exist! Often people try to justify their indecision by some external reasons. The eighth rule of Rockefeller's wealth says that in this case there can be no excuses, and by inventing them, a person only dooms himself to poverty.

Rule 9 Study the biographies and thoughts of the richest people. they proved by their own example how success can be achieved, therefore their stories and thoughts can always be used as rules of wealth, a good example to follow. Actually, these 12 rules of John Rockefeller are just such a case.

Rule 10 Dreams are the main thing in life. A man dies when he stops dreaming. John Rockefeller was convinced that dreaming is not only not harmful, as the famous saying goes, but it is also useful, and even necessary. It is the dreams and goals set on the basis of dreams that lead a person to wealth. If a person does not dream, he simply has nothing to strive for. By the way, John Rockefeller himself from childhood dreamed of earning 100 thousand dollars, and earned as much as 1.4 billion.

Rule 11 Be selfless and help people. Give 10% of the profits to charity. John Rockefeller has been a philanthropist all his life. From early childhood, he donated 10% of his church earnings, later he took up financing and other charitable projects, and in his old age he distributed about half a billion dollars for charity. Rockefeller recommends always providing assistance to those who need it, just like that, from a pure heart, not out of selfish motives.

Rule 12 By creating a business system, enjoy the money you earn. The last rule of John Rockefeller's wealth means that it is pointless to save money just like that - you need to use it for your own good, enjoying it. Wealth should make a person happy and happy, otherwise it makes no sense.

Here they are - 12 rules of wealth of John Rockefeller. Take a note and apply in life, all the same, this person can be considered one of the best authorities in achieving wealth, and judging by the level of financial condition, then the best.

Here are interesting creatures - people. They want earn 10,000 dollars and they don’t want to do anything at the same time 😉 I’m probably exaggerating a little, but all the same, what people are willing to do for the sake of earning such a salary clearly does not meet the necessary criteria.

Answer yourself this question - what would you do or did or could do to receive such money a month?

I specially pause ... We often want a lot, but sacrificing something is not very successful. For example, if you had to sell a TV, or just give it away, but you would earn the necessary amount, would you take such a step?

How to make money you already know. Perhaps you are a professional in your niche. Perhaps working for an uncle. Or you have your own business. It does not matter. Your understanding of one simple truth is important. To receive $ 10,000 / hryvnia / euro, you need to have several sources of income. Indeed, in most cases, getting a thousand from ten projects is MUCH easier than getting ten thousand dollars from one project.

For working for uncle.

To receive such income, you must either be in the caste of top managers, or be a super professional, without whose participation it is impossible to complete most of the work. I’ll explain it more popularly - if you are a TOP manager, you are one, and the company has 2-5 thousand employees. You decide which development strategy will bring the company more revenue. Accordingly, ordinary workers receive 300-500 dollars and are satisfied, and you get 100-200 times more. And also satisfied.

The question is precisely in becoming this particular TOP manager. And for this, believe me, you need to spend your best years gaining knowledge and experience, as well as have very serious character traits - such as leadership, desperation and at the same time logic, energy and stress tolerance, cunning and sociability. Behind these words are hundreds of books of instruction and half-life of practice. But, if you really develop all the necessary skills, you will not have a price, or rather it will be, but much more than 10000 bucks a month. And, most importantly, you will know your price, which you are really worth, and not what you are offered.

If you do not aspire to the management elite, then in order to earn solid money you need to become a super professional. Perhaps in a narrow niche. So that there were only ones like you, and demand was furious. For example, there are thousands of “financial consultants”, and there are units of those who can give their clients declared income. It is not difficult to recommend this or that company. It is difficult to get the planned percentage of income from this company. And this can only be done by professionals, whose services cost accordingly.

By the way, about working for uncle. Soon I will have a new information product - “How to find an alternative source of income and stop working for an uncle” - so in order not to miss the start of sales - add a blog widget to your browser - the text ““ “in the right column

For entrepreneurs

To get an income of $ 10,000 and above for 1 month you need to try. Of course, you can use the same principles as for uncle workers. However, there is a serious advantage for entrepreneurs. They can run several projects at the same time. This requires the art of delegation of authority (which is important for TOP managers). You need to understand only one thing - do only what you are a professional in - for example, manage people or earn money (earn by someone else’s hands and spend it), and delegate all other worries to professionals. They will cope with this no worse, and 80% are much better than you, and you will save your time on more necessary tasks.

Answering the question of how to earn these 10,000 dollars a month, you can summarize - you need to become a professional in a narrow niche so that there is demand, but only you could satisfy this demand. And the second way is to create 10 sources of income. Which would bring 1 thousand dollars a month, and a total of ten thousand.

It’s up to you to decide what sources these should be, but they should be diverse in different niches and areas, since nobody has yet to cancel diversification and is not going to cancel it 😉

P.S. Do you earn $ 10,000 a month? What are you doing for this?

Jon Morrow, Founder and CEO of Boost Blog Traffic, Inc. He makes hundreds of thousands of dollars on his blog.

Although some of the lessons may seem unusual to you, I suggest you start using them right away. Runet traditionally lags behind the English segment of the network in its development and in a year, two all will start to do the same, and you will be far ahead. Enjoy reading.

Do you know that we are considered fools?

For most people in the world, blogging is a nonsense. This is not a career. Not a way to make money or change the world. It is rather a hobby, a hobby, a fashionable fad. Of course, you can start a blog, but expect that something can come of this? What are you, what stupid things.

Try telling someone from your family, friends, or colleagues that you are about to quit your job and start making money on blogs. Most likely, they will politely smile at you and say: “Can you make money on them?” No, they are not against having your dreams. They want you to achieve them, and that everything is fine with you.

But they also want you to "really look at things." If you really want to achieve something in life, you should study well, write a book, or even start your own business, and not put all your hopes and dreams on some kind of stupid blaschek. There is no money there.

Or is there?

I don’t want to amaze your imagination too much, but ...

This blog brings $ 100,000 per month.

In January and February, we earned more than $ 100,000 a month in sales. The verdict will be issued in March, but even if it does not work out $ 100,000, it is still somewhere close.

Now I’ll tell you everything. Not because I want to brag (well, maybe a little), but because most of the tips on how to make money on blogs are complete nonsense.

Not? What about selling e-books?

Also no? In fact, you need to try very hard to even find anything for sale here.

And there is a reason for this.

Over the past six years, I have been lucky to work with some of the smartest bloggers on the planet. I worked with Brian Clark when he turned Copyblogger into a multi-million dollar brand. Neil Patel and Heiten Shah hired me to help launch the KISSmetrics blog, and since they are small fans of publicly voicing revenue, I can only hint that they recently had a $ 7 million venture deal.

I would not be surprised if over the year these blogs brought in more than $ 50 million. Compared to this, the $ 100,000 that I managed to get in a month is a penny.
But everyone has to start somewhere, right? 😉

Why was this blog so profitable so fast? Because I studied with the best, and then continued my studies. Every day I study indicators, read books, talk with experts and spend at least half an hour in silence, looking into the distance, doing nothing, but just thinking.

And it paid off. If you take the following lessons seriously, the time and effort you spend will pay off with you. Because you are not a fool. You can make money on blogs.

So, are you going to make a living by sharing knowledge with others? There is nothing wrong.
So do the teachers, speakers and best-selling authors.

Hell, $ 415 billion is spinning in the consulting industry, what are all these consultants doing there? They get money for the ability to teach. Blogs are no different. These are all the same old models, only with a couple of fashionable twists, thanks to social media.
In fact, the first lesson can be called this:

Lesson # 1: You Are Not Just a Blogger

You are an expert, teacher, teacher, maybe even an entrepreneur. And a blog is just a platform for all this.

Take a look around and you will see that almost all “bloggers” who make decent money have extra income in the form of selling books, courses, reports or even software. That's where their money comes from. For them, a blog is simply a “freebie” with which they attract customers.

Lesson number 2: Do not sell ads

Selling places for ads is, of course, very attractive, because it is passive income. But you can earn 3-10 times more by using the same “advertising space” to sell your goods and services or even additional products.

Pat Flynn, for example, earns around $ 50,000 a month in commissions from promoting Bluehost.

Here at BBT we mainly promote our own products, but we are also in the process of creating funnels for selling additional products for LeadPages and Stablehost, which offer huge commissions (and great products!).

Lesson # 3: Create a Sales Funnel Backwards

We all know what a sales funnel is.

The company attracts you with some kind of gift, then offers something cheap, but very attractive, and then gradually coaxes the purchase of more and more expensive things. This is a good old marketing tactic, and you also need to build a sales funnel for your blog.

Only build it better in the opposite direction.

Many bloggers launch a cheap e-book as their first product, and then get frustrated when it doesn't bring the desired result. And here's why: real profit is not at the beginning of the funnel, but at the end.

Selling e-books is simply wonderful and very fashionable if you already have half a dozen more expensive products that you can offer your client after, but it’s completely stupid if you don’t have all of this. It is much better to create and sell an expensive product first, and then gradually switch to cheaper ones.

If you have less expensive products, you can offer them to new customers in the belief that you have something more profitable “for later”.

Here at BBT, our products cost $ 9,997, $ 997 and $ 591. We work our way down the funnel in the opposite direction, producing the most expensive products, and then gradually everything is cheaper and cheaper. This option is much, much more profitable.

Lesson number 4: There is no such thing as a “cheap” market

I can already hear you popping: “But John, how is it that I can’t sell my product for $ 10,000! My clients don’t have that much money. ”

My answer: you are 98% right. If you do not work exclusively with multimillionaires, the vast majority of your customer base cannot afford premium products, but what’s interesting is that irrelevant. You can often earn more money on sales is 2% than the rest 98% combined.

For example, our $ 10,000 product is a one-year tutorial for writers. And although this profession is not among the most profitable, all 10 places are occupied within a few minutes after the registration is opened. And here's why: I am notifying 40,000 writers about it. 2% of 40,000 is 800 people who could possibly buy a product in this price range. But by limiting the number of places to 10, I create an emergency situation.

You can do the same, even if your list is much smaller. If you have 100 subscribers, most likely two of them may be ready to buy premium products or services, and these two often spend more than the remaining 98 combined.

Lesson number 5: By setting high prices, you can offer premium services

Feel guilty for such high prices? Do not.

By setting high prices, you can offer premium services, doing everything you can to help your customers achieve their goals. For example, during my training program, I contact students by phone every week, checking their homework, answering questions, browsing their blogs, and directing them at every step of the process.

Can I put the same information into an e-book for $ 7? Of course, but in this case I will not have the opportunity to help people personally, and this is exactly what people pay for when they buy premium products.

Lesson # 6: Deliberately Delay Sales

Another difference from the usual template is the understanding that instead of trying to sell their products right away, smart bloggers delay sales.

I first heard about this idea from Rand Fishkin on Moz. They offer their readers a free trial of their analytics and SEO programs. However, after studying the behavior of their customers, they noticed something curious: people who read several blog posts before signing up for a free trial remain customers much longer than those who did not.

I noticed the same thing with my clients. Instead of immediately putting pressure on readers with your products, it is much better to give them access to the content first and build trust before starting to talk about goods and services. Yes, in the short term, less profit is obtained, but in the long term, much more.

Lesson # 7: You Are a Bottleneck

Without a doubt, the time for us bloggers is the biggest problem. Not only is a continuous flow of content expected from us, but we also need to deal with technical issues, read books and articles, create new products, answer readers' questions ... The list goes on and on. The longer you do this, the more clearly you understand that impossible to do everything.

And what to do?

Believe it or not, I found the answer to this question in the process of studying production processes. If a machine runs slower than others at a factory, it can cost a company literally tens of thousands of dollars per hour. This machine is the bottleneck of the entire enterprise. To avoid this, smart managers are ready to spend any amount of money to eliminate such bottlenecks. Any amount of money, because the cost of eliminating bottlenecks never comes even close to the cost of damage from himself.

The same is true for you and me, except that the problem will be solved in a different way. Instead of, for example, buying a new car, we could acquire a new type of software that automates some areas of the business; or hire a remote assistant or programmer. It certainly costs money, yes, but it pays off if it saves enough time, because then you can devote this time to something more useful.

Lesson # 8: Measure the Value of Everything You Do

And how to do it?

Well, it depends on your goal. If it is to increase traffic, for example, start by measuring the ratio of investment to the number of visitors per hour. Let's say you invest three hours in writing a post, and that brings you 100 visitors, or spend five hours on a guest post that brings 500 visitors. The first action gives 33 visitors per hour. And the second - 100 visitors per hour. Guest posts, therefore, are a better use of time than writing content on your own blog.

Of course, all this applies only to short-term prospects, but it is very useful to start measuring your time in this way. Not only traffic, but also a growing subscriber base and revenue.

Lesson # 9: At the beginning of the journey, do not create content for your own blog.

I tried to squeeze this thought into lesson number 8, but thought it was important enough to have my own number, even if they considered me to be a heretic and burned at the stake.

Because here's the thing: at the beginning, your blog is an empty audience. Standing in it and giving a lecture in the void is stupid. Although it enhances the sense of self-importance, but no one to listen to you. You are completely alone, and even if you manage to give the most intelligent and spectacular lecture in the history of mankind, this is not important, because no one will appreciate it.

When you take the first steps, writing content for your own blog is one of least effective ways to attract visitors. It is much better to spend some time on guest posts first. In other words, write guest posts for foreign audiences, impress them to the core and entice some readers to yourself.

This is what we did here at BBT, and it provided the most successful blog launch in history: 13,000 subscribers for 2 months before the first blog post. We had nothing but an announcement about the imminent launch and an offer to subscribe. It sounds strange, but I guarantee you that it is much more effective.

Lesson number 10: Do not waste time onFacebook, Twitter, Google+ etc.

Another gap pattern. Do you dream that you have a huge number of followers on Facebook or Twitter, and you use them to promote your blog? Forget about it. Of everything we tested, working with accounts on social networks gives the lowest number of visitors per hour. In other words, this is most likely worst way to spend time.

Does this mean that they are generally useless?

Not. Facebook is a good thing, because there you can advertise products. Google+ helps improve search engine rankings. But even with such advantages, they should not be your priority. In my opinion, you should not think about them at all until you recruit 10,000 subscribers. And after that it is better to give control to this to someone else. It is better to use your time more effectively in other places, such as:

Lesson # 11: Webinars are awesome!

If you have been following us for a long time, you know that we conduct many webinars. And here's why: on average, each webinar generates $ 40,000 per hour of invested time. This is by far the most profitable of all that I do. Nothing else is even coming. If you're curious how the hell we get so much money out of it, all you have to do is attend one of our webinars. We do not hide anything, you can study for free.

Interestingly, webinars are the most effective way to build a subscriber base. When we host webinars for other people, we get an average return of 500 new subscribers per hour. Often, from one webinar you can collect 1000-2000 subscribers. If we advertise something, we usually get at least $ 10,000.

So webinars are cool!

Lesson # 12: The Longer the Content, the More Traffic

Do you know what else is useful? Volumetric content.

It may seem strange, but on average, voluminous content attracts much more traffic than short. Not only in our case, but also in the case of our students - regardless of the niche they occupy - and here is the post where SEO specialist Neil Patel came to the same conclusion. "The most that" - about 2000-3000 words in one post. That's why the posts here on BBT are much longer than the average blog posts.

Of course, it takes more time to create content of this volume, but if you measure the return on the number of visitors, more voluminous content is superior in this indicator to short. If you advertise it, of course.

Lesson # 13: Advertise Your Content

The problem is that almost no one is promoting their own content sufficiently. And by “promotion,” I don't mean reposting my posts on Twitter and Facebook. I'm talking about blogging reach - building relationships with influential people and ways to make them share your content.

At a minimum, you should spend as much time on reach as on creating content itself. For example, if you spend 10 hours a week writing blog posts, you should spend 10 hours working with reach.

No opportunity? Then trim the amount of content. Spend five hours writing messages and spend five hours on coverage. You will see the results yourself.

Lesson # 14: Don't Think AboutSEO during the first year

Let me clarify right away: I'm not against SEO. Not at all against it. We get tons of traffic from Google. I just think most bloggers focus on this too soon.

Again, it all comes down to time. When you first started your blog, the most efficient use of your time is divided into three main categories: building relationships with influential people (guest blogging also includes this), creating content that will be shared; and selling their goods and services. If all of these three things work out well for you, your blog will not only be famous and readable, but you will also begin to receive search traffic without doing anything.

And then you can focus on other, more important things, for example ...

Lesson # 15: Your Address List is More Important Than Everything Else

There is a principle in analytics called “one indicator that matters.” The idea is to find one indicator with which you can accurately predict the success or failure of the entire project.

In the case of blogs, this is the size of your email list (not RSS, of course, this patient is rather dead). In my experience, the address list is the most accurate predictor of how much money you will make.

Here at BBT, we earn about three dollars per month per subscriber - an impressive achievement, mainly due to our marketing. Although the amount is not important. The important thing is that I can accurately predict sales based on the number of subscribers. How can you.

If you are new to this business, I would advise striving for one dollar per subscriber per month from sales. In other words, a list of addresses from 1,000 subscribers must generate at least $ 1,000 per month from sales, from 10,000 subscribers to $ 10,000 per month from sales, and so on.

The more subscribers you have, the more money you will earn. Of course, your relationship with these subscribers, as well as the quality of products or services and dozens of other factors also matter, but focus on working with the list for revenue growth. In our business, this is indispensable.

Lesson # 16: Start Selling From Day One

How long should I wait before starting to sell? 1,000 subscribers? 10,000 subscribers? More?

But no. Start selling from the first day. And here's why: one of the biggest factors affecting your growth rate is who you can hire to help. Remember the bottleneck? So, you need to hire a remote assistant and someone who will solve all the technical issues as soon as possible, but, of course, you need money for this. Therefore, it is necessary to start selling from the very launch.

Now a word of caution: do not turn your blog into a giant dump of advertising. Nobody likes this. However, you must offer something that your audience wants and needs. Do not poke your goods in the face, but make them available and from time to time remind you of the possibility of purchasing them.

Lesson No. 17: Your product ideas are no good

You probably have a bunch of ideas about possible products? E-books, courses, perhaps iPhone apps? Or services?

So, the bad news: it is more than likely that your ideas are worthless. The good news is that you are not alone in this. Everything is bad for this part, even for me. And here's why: we are all inclined to create products that people need, but they don’t know about yet. We believe that if we show people the magnitude of the problem, we can convince them to buy our product or service.

If you are Steve Jobs, you may succeed, but I hasten to upset you: you are not Steve Jobs. You are a novice marketing specialist, and as a beginner, you should only sell products that solve those customer problems that he already knows about. If you are going to convince them of the problem itself, you have already lost the battle.

Lesson # 18: Research Is Dangerous

So, how do you understand what problems exist in the minds of customers? The traditional answer is polls, but I warn you that they can be dangerous. If you suddenly ask a question incorrectly, you can get an extremely deceptive answer. And if then you use this answer in the process of managing your enterprise, you can waste the years of your life, not to mention the possibility of bankruptcy.

If you are a beginner, I recommend asking one and only one question: “What do you dislike most right now in<тема>? ”So, in my case, it would be“ what do you dislike most about blogs right now? ”Like that. And nothing else. Look for models in the answers, and you will find out a ton of information about products or services that you can create.

Lesson # 19: Start with Services, then Expand with Products

As soon as you find the main problem, start offering a service with which your audience can solve it. The reason is simple: you can immediately start offering the service. Not necessarily the first product to go. You can also learn more about a problem when you try to solve it yourself.

When I started, for example, I worked as a blog traffic specialist. I had contracts with several different advertising agencies, and every time they wanted to increase the traffic of their clients' blogs, they called me. I did not just advise them. I did the work myself: reorganizing sites, creating content, etc.

I learned how to understand what works and what doesn't. In addition, it was a quick income. In the first month of service, I earned something around $ 5,000.

After working more than a year as a specialist in attracting traffic, I felt that I really understood the problem and how to solve it, so I created my first product - a course on guestblogging.com. In the first month, he brought about $ 30,000 in sales, and now brings in more than $ 250,000 a year.

This is a great product, but here's the thing: I don’t think I could have created it if I hadn’t worked as a service provider first. I would not have the necessary knowledge or means. Keep this in mind when deciding what to offer first.

Lesson # 20: Teach Others What You Know

We got to the answer to the question of why this post is needed at all.

Why on earth did the CEO of the company (I) spend several hours writing a post in which he shares all the secrets? Yes, there are already almost 4,000 words typed!

The answer is very simple: this is my area of responsibility. In order for people to ever consider blogging to be a legitimate business model, the most successful of us should talk and share what we know. None of us work in a vacuum. Only in this way can we move our activity forward - to share what we know.

And so it is. Thousands of people around the world make a living by blogging. The problem is that we do not have a repository, a central community where we can communicate and learn from each other. However, within a few months we are going to change that.

In the meantime, could you do me a favor?

Share this post. Not just so that it brings me more traffic, but also so that other people can see that blogging can really make money. Maybe this post will even help them with this.

After all, isn’t that why we all gathered here? To help people?

This is what I love most about blogs: every article, every course, every training can change someone's life. Maybe not always to a large extent, but we influence thousands and thousands of people and make their lives just a little better. We inform them, stimulate them, indicate the way to achieve our dreams.

And you know what is the most interesting?

Us for it are paid. This is ours work.

I wish as many people as possible know that this is a viable career. Let's change the world, huh?

I decided to cook pancakes. Two just got burned up, because I run to the computer in parallel and write this article :-). Inspiration descended on me, and I cannot miss this moment.

I read articles and listen to trainings of the most successful people in the world, study their experience and immediately test, apply what my heart agreed to.

In this article, I will give you practical recommendations on how to earn from $ 10,000 a month, helping other people.

This article will be interesting not only for those who are engaged in counseling and position themselves as a coach. These simple steps can be shifted to virtually any activity, including baking curly donuts, beadwork, or a Hawaiian tutor. Just a little bit of flexibility and imagination :-).

5 steps that will allow you to earn from $ 10,000 per month, helping other people.

 1. Find the “Right” Motive.

Let me clarify. Most people want more money. But most of these people have a vague understanding of why they need money. And this creates a situation when they only do that they start and give up. They start doing one thing and quit, then they start doing the other, and quit again.

And so constantly. Because within them there is a conflict between what they want to do and what they want to ultimately achieve. And, of course, this leads to the fact that these people can not get a decent and constant income from their activities.

Examples of common motives:

 • You are worried about your survival (“I urgently need money!”)
 • You want to prove to yourself / someone else that you can do it, that you are successful
 • You are greedy for money or excessively strive for the material attributes of a "trump" life
 • Do you want to assert yourself

If you are guided by such motives, then each of your actions will initially bear the imprint of corruption, inferiority, negative energy. People always feel such things and do not believe, they do not want to use your service or product, even if the product itself is good.

For example, my motive today is: “To help people discover their uniqueness and unlimited potential. And create a thriving business around it. ”

The “right” motive is the answer to the question: “If you don’t need to prove anything to anyone, if you already have all the money in the world, if no one condemns you ... What would you do in that case? To whom, in this case, would you like to serve and why? What would you dedicate your life to? ”

My answer was this: “I would offer my help to people who are ready to do whatever they need in order to reach their full potential and finally live to the fullest. Who believe that they deserve the best, although they don’t know how to do it.

Why? Yes, because this is my story, this is my experience. Because I was desperate to change my life - I didn’t just want, but I was ready to do everything that was needed for this.

Because I believed, felt that my potential is unlimited, and I can create everything in my life that I want, change any circumstances, solve any problems, even those that seem unsolvable.

I used to just believe that. And now I know that. And I see this unlimited potential in every person.

And to find your answer to this question, do this:

 • Look carefully at your life, on your own path of transformation. What lessons have you gone through in your life? What tasks did you solve? What difficulties did you encounter?
 • Determine what is most significant and important for you today.
 • What topics are you most interested in today?

And when you have determined the “correct”, true motive for your actions, then the miracle begins:

 • You begin to create from the state of your inner unlimited power and constant presence in the moment
 • You do not stop and do not give up when it becomes difficult for you, you do not even consider such an option
 • You know exactly who to offer your services to.
 • You become a magnet for money
 1. The second step is to change the way you evaluate your work.

As experience shows, 99% of people lower prices for their services because they have a huge number of internal and external restrictions:

 • I won’t be paid that price
 • I will be condemned
 • This is not enough for anyone
 • You won’t make money on it
 • I'm not sure if it's worth it
 • People turn away from me
 • I cant
 • I'm afraid
 • I am not worthy

What to do with this "good"?

Firstly, once and for all free from these fears and limitations. 90% of the truly wealthy people in the world purposefully changed their thinking, freed from fears and poverty programs. They understood very well that if this was not done, then all their efforts to achieve prosperity would be wasted.

Secondly, you should change the vector and focus not on what people think if your prices are right for them, but on the “potential for transformation and change” that you provide them with your service.

An example is a nutritionist.

You think that you are selling the “dietitian consultation” service.

But instead, try to offer people the “transformational potential," which is expressed in gaining absolute health, excellent energy, and an amazing sense of self-renewal. You are not selling a nutritionist consultation. You offer a person change, renewal, transformation.

Write down all the possible changes that people can get from working with you, as well as what benefits they can get from the benefits.

What does it mean? For example, I’m not just helping participants solve their financial problems. I help them change from the inside out, at the cellular level, so much so that it becomes natural for them to create a prosperous, free and happy life.

In parallel with financial issues many participants undergo changes in relations with husbands / wives, with business partners, in a state of health and energy.

 • Determine whether this transformation is large enough, is that what you propose is sufficient, significant, significant? And if not, then think, find ways to make this “transformation potential" more powerful, deeper.
 • Determine if your prices reflect this level of transformation?
 • See if you bring your offer to people clearly enough? Is it strong enough? Be brave about it.
 1. Third step - push off from the profit you want to receive.

Sometimes you should look at income as a game of numbers. A simple example:

 • Your service / product costs $ 200 * 50 customers = $ 10,000
 • Your service / product costs $ 2,000 * 5 buyers = $ 10,000

The higher the price, the less buyers you need. You need to think not about how many people want to pay you this money, but about how you can increase the transformation, the usefulness that you provide to people.

How to achieve this? Pack product / service packages. No single consultations and sales of single products, focus on deep transformation and maximum utility.

Example package for a trainer:

a series of webinars + a series of private consultations + material for home study.

But this is logical: never one private consultation will not produce such profound changes in human life as the package of services offered above.

How to create your own package?

 • Answer the question, what kind of transformation do you intend to provide to a person (excellent health, business transformation, find a man / woman of a dream, etc.)
 • Write down all the possible ways to do this (skype calls, webinars, videos, homework, etc.)
 • Evaluate the product based on the magnitude of this transformation (and not what price level in the market or how much people can pay). Never give up your value!
 • Sell your product / service to people. And along the way, see what needs to be completed, remade, adjusted, changed.
 1. The fourth step - start telling people about your service / product.

What is important at this stage? But it’s important not to be shy about this stage and not to avoid it. You have a unique gift, talent, impressively valuable life experience, and you are worth it to receive worthy compensation for it. You can help other people change their lives. But this will not happen if you do not tell people about what you are offering.

Conduct more conversations talking about what you do and what services you provide. Stop looking for "excuses" and hide, be shy to talk with people about it. Remember that money will come into your life as a result of these conversations. You need to talk with people.

To sell your product / service is NOT:

 • Do not convince them to buy something against their will
 • Do not resort to tricks and tricks
 • Do not inflate a soap bubble of non-existent value and do not manipulate people so that they see this value
 • Do not aggressively and aggressively push your services to people

To sell your product / service is:

 • Listen deeply to people to understand at what point in their life they are
 • Offer them a solution to their specific problems.
 • See the highest human potential
 • Offer bold solutions

The art of selling your services is to take three simple steps:

 • Ask what people need help and support
 • Listen carefully to correlate what you have to offer.
 • Ask people if they are ready to change their life with the help of your services / products.
 1. The fifth, final step is to see the true importance of your life experience, your own history.

You, no matter how old you are, have already made the deepest, most incredible journey through life. You have learned so much on this path! And you are much wiser than you are used to thinking about yourself! 🙂

And for your income to grow, you need:

 • Identify the most valuable lessons of your life
 • Create offers that solve the same problems in other people's lives.
 • To know that you are ALREADY ready. Right today, right where you are. You don’t have to get smarter, more experienced or better to start sharing with other people.
 • Light a fire in your heart and start sharing it with the world

Therefore, determine:

 • What was your most difficult and painful experience?
 • What have you learned as a result of this experience?
 • How has your life changed today?
 • Who needs the same thing like air?

And when you honestly and boldly evaluate your life experience, the lessons learned, you will find that you are unique and inimitable! Everything that you had to go through in your life was simply necessary in order to gain the wisdom and maturity that you possess now. And your calling is to bring this message to the world.
